"Feel Better. Live Brighter. Heal Naturally."
Acupuncture is a safe and time-tested therapy that stimulates the body's natural healing response. Modern research shows it can help reduce pain, improve circulation, calm the nervous system, and support better sleep and digestion.
Alongside acupuncture, Leah also offers Tui-na medical massage - a hands-on treatment widely used in Chinese hospitals. Tui-na works to release tension, improve mobility, and restore balance in the body. Combined or on their own, these therapies provide a powerful, natural approach to health and well-being.
Whether you are dealing with back pain, migraines, stress, anxiety, or ongoing health concerns, acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine offer a natural way to restore balance. Every treatment is tailored to your needs, helping you to feel healthier, calmer, and more energised.

A friend recommended Leah to me. I have been suffering from chronic fatigue and anxiety for years. I have tried numerous things to help with my symptoms, but they never really left. I was dubious of acupuncture, and |I have a fear of needles; this was the last resort. Leah listened intently and explained thoroughly what she thought would help me.|I have only had 6 sessions with leah, and the difference is unexplainable!, I did not believe it would work, let alone how well it has. Leah is so passionate about what she does and is such a kind and caring person. I would recommend everyone to try acupuncture, especially with Leah.

Welcome!
I'm excited to share my journey and qualifications as a licensed and insured acupuncture practitioner!
My passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) blossomed from a deep admiration for natural and complementary therapies. In my previous healthcare career, I witnessed remarkable transformations in patients as they experienced relief from various symptoms. I was always intrigued by how Chinese doctors could skillfully insert tiny needles into specific points on the body, prompting a world of curiosity about the mechanics behind it.
In 2006, my life took a challenging turn when I sustained a significant spinal injury. This left me grappling with intense pain and loss of sensation in my forearm and left hand. My reliance on strong prescribed pain relief spiraled into dependency, and my spinal surgeon warned of potential paralysis if I didn’t consider surgery, along with strict instructions to avoid lifting and carrying. This was a pivotal moment that led me to explore complementary therapies. I dove into meditation and even took an acupuncture course alongside a physiotherapist. To my surprise, my pain significantly diminished, and I began to regain sensation in my hand. I transitioned away from medications, focused on strengthening my body, immersed myself in nature, and visualized my healing.
By 2008, a consultant from the pain management team recognized my commendable pain management efforts in a letter. Fast forward to 2020, and an MRI unveiled a healthier-looking cervical spine with no further degeneration, although I still manage cervical arthritis with acupuncture.
This transformative experience ignited my decision to study Traditional Chinese Medicine. Over the course of three years, I pursued a degree-level education at the Northern College of Acupuncture and Total Therapy Training, where I gained a deep understanding of this ancient healing practice. The opportunity to learn from esteemed professionals in the field deeply enriched my knowledge and skills. I also sought specialized training in techniques including Fertility, Gynaecology, and Cosmetic acupuncture, broadening my ability to address a diverse range of health conditions. My commitment is to provide high-quality care and achieve positive outcomes for my clients.
I'm registered with the Acupuncture Regulatory Association and licensed by Pembrokeshire County Council.
